Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor 's degree in Training and Development, Business Administration, Human Resources Development, Psychology, or related field from an accredited college, university, or the international equivalent, or two to four years senior management experience.
Two to three years experience as a Training and Development professional in a corporate environment.
Two years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, cruise line, or retail environment working with all levels of employees in a diverse environment preferred.
Knowledge of instructional methods and training techniques such as curriculum design, needs analysis, learning theory, and group and individual training techniques.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to conduct and follow structured training programs while consistently applying adult learning and development principles.
