By this we mean you'll need to be good at high quality restaurant work, buffets, banquets, cost control, food safety, people management etc. In short our client needs a Sous Chef who can work closely with the Head Chef while being able to step in and take charge in his absence.
This Hotel has a restaurant which is good enough to be the first resort for guests, a very busy banquet business which, because of the architectural finess of this hotel, is very popular for weddings and a busy lunch trade. It's also in a very attractive, some would say gorgeous, town in beautiful Co.

They want a Chef who's confident in taking charge, who's cost conscious, HACCP trained and who wants to cook great Spanish food.
You'll need to have previous experience of the Spanish Kitchen and to have worked to at least Sous Chef level in a similar establishment. If that's you and you're ready for a move, or at least thinking of one then you probably need to think about applying for this job.
