Responsible for all HR activities, including personnel administration, welfare, contracting and recruitment of positions in the hotels. Drawing up of the HR policies and procedures, collation of HR statistics, maintenance of the succession planning through annual performance reviews, instill and maximize brand training.
Requirements:
dipolma/degree in Human Resources Management.
