As part of this exciting new project, we are looking for a experienced
for one of our Food & Beverage outlets.
This individual would supervise the kitchen team in the production of best quality breads, pastries and other food items which are part of the pastry kitchens scope of duties and would work closely with the Sous Chef to assure smooth operation and produce fresh, top quality products using the best ingredients. He/she would be expected to prepare food according to set hygiene standards consistently. They would need to have at least 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel.
