This individual would always ensure the safety, efficency and professional daily operation of the security department. He/She would establish and develops personal guest contact, promote feedback and constantly be proactive in anticipating guest needs and requirements. The individual would need to be an expert on emergency and evacuation procedures and assists in carrying out fire drills. He/She would be expected to participate in budgeting and strategic planning.
