Executive Chef Hariprasad Shetty composed a sophisticated menu of a variety of small, unconventional dishes and specialties of the Robata grill; always daring the guest to try something new. The design is simple and authentic, which creates a stylish and lively atmosphere that fits the needs of a cosmopolitan city.

Chef de Partie (m/w)


Job description:

As Head Chef your primary objective is to give quality service, both to customers and colleagues, and to be responsible for the IZAKAYA kitchen to run smoothly. The Head Chef has experience with producing quality Asian Cuisine. You ensure appropriate professional work standards, productivity, practices and customer care are enforced. You plan and implement departmental goals to achieve shortfalls and prepare and develop new menus for the IZAKAYA Kitchen & Bar. Other responsibilities include interviewing & selection as well as training & development of employees. You will report to the Executive Chef.


Personal profile:

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced colleague. The capable candidate is a team player and applies experience and knowledge of specialist cooking skills relevant to the Asian menu, including wok cooking, preparation of Sushi, Robata grill skills and a varied range of authentic Japanese cuisine.



Job requirements:

  • Relevant professional training/ education

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience

  • Certification under German Infection Protection Act

  • German and English need to be spoken and written fluently

  • Leadership skills

  • Flexible and creative
