The Leading Hotels of the World is looking for an addition to complete the team. This exciting position has been created to assist the Frankfurt Sales team. The position can be either Home-office based in Berlin, Hamburg and Munich or within our Regional Office in Frankfurt am Main.

Your tasks

Are you eager ...

  • To proactively develop the German Direct Corporate Groups segment within key focused industries (Financial, Banking, Consultancy, Law firms and Insurances).
  • To manage the current relationships with Germany based companies increasing our revenue share.
  • To achieve revenue goals for transient and groups segments for the German Corporate market to member hotels, with existing and new corporate clients.
  • To work closely with the wider sales team to execute the global corporate sales strategy in Germany.
  • To represent The Leading Hotels of the World as the leader in luxury to corporate clients and member hotels.

Motivated to handle the following?

• Provide personalized and strategic account management for Direct Corporate accounts
• Execute business development strategies to grow LHW penetration of German Direct Corporate accounts
• Work collaboratively with other LHW offices to ensure strategic and procedural alignment
• Manage own travel and successfully set up and expedite direct and collaborative sales calls
• Plan events for member hotels

 

Your profile

Ready to join LHW? That is what we want from you:

  •  Corporate sales experience at hotel or head office level
  • Current expierence within the German Corprosate market
  • Proven track record of successful account management and business development
  • 3 years of sales related experience
  • Fluent in German & English, additional languages are welcome
  • Possesses fundamental sales skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and can-do proactive attitude
  • Understands and navigates the corporate RFP process
  • Demonstrates solid organizational and planning skills
  • Translates broad strategic thinking and analysis into a clear course of action
  • Autonomously and proactively manages key accounts and develops mid-tier accounts
  • Understands and navigates the corporate RFP process
  • Efficiently multi-tasks and works in a fluid and ever changing work environment
  • Works and communicates effectively with corporate and entertainment clients and hotels from varied and diverse backgrounds
  • Meets budget guidelines
  • Embodies LHW core values
  • Effectively prepares written and verbal presentations
  • Develops effective and creative sales efforts that will realize a ROI for LHW
  • Exhibits executive polish and presence
  • Is able to influence and build trust
