Ensure exceptional service and embody our values: authenticity, precision and attention to detail
Overall leadership of the Front Office: workforce scheduling, daily operations control and seamless collaboration with all departments
Accurate financial processes at the front desk: accounts receivable (individual, agencies, events), compliant cash and card handling (e.g. Saferpay, 3C, SIX Payment) and timely tourist tax reporting
Maintain and adhere to partner and membership programmes (e.g. AMEX FHR, Virtuoso, Traveller Made, IPrefer, The Edit by Chase)
Reliable statistics and reporting (e.g. HESTA, STR) as the basis for decisions
Lead and develop the Front Office team: coaching, training and a clear feedback culture
Quality and process responsibility for all Front Office procedures (excluding Concierge) in line with hotel standards as well as AMS/EMS and LQA
Close collaboration with the Reservations Manager and the General Manager; participation in the daily meeting and the management meeting
Completed commercial apprenticeship or hotel management school, or equivalent qualification
Several years of leadership experience in the 5‑star luxury/ultra‑luxury segment
Proven strength in discreetly handling an international high‑end clientele and VIP guests
Fluent in German, English and French
Confident with hotel and payment systems; experienced with distribution channels and POS topics
Strong service and solution orientation, high attention to detail and impeccable personal presentation
Convincing leadership personality with role‑model behavior and excellent communication skills
Structured and resilient working style, strong numeracy and an unwavering commitment to quality
