Key responsibilities
● Oversee arrangement & presentation of all dining elements
● Oversee & coordinate the flow of service with precision & great attention to detail
● Act as liaison between the kitchen & the dining room
● Team Coordination to ensure highest level of service quality
● Monitoring quality of service levels & attention to guests
Our ideal candidate must posses
● Fluent in at least 2 out of 3 languages: Portuguese, German, and English (additional languages are a plus).
● Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant or Michelin is highly appreciated.
● Exceptional organizational and communication skills to liaise effectively with the kitchen, restaurant team, and reception.
● Ability to maximize opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
● Strong prioritization skills, maintaining consistency amidst competing demands.
● Adaptable and capable of integrating into a diverse team.
